When I press the TURBO button the system will not overclock, instead I will be redirected to the 3D Mark website, is this normal?

Answer

The scenario you encountered is normal since this model doesn’t support overclock function. When the TURBO LED turns blue, it indicates that the system is under heavy loading thus system automatically switches to Nvidia dedicated graphics usage. On the other hand, when the TURBO button is pressed, you will be redirected to http://www.3dmark.com wherein you can choose to engage into some GPU testing.
