How to setup audio cables and external speakers?
If your MSI laptop needs to be connected to an external device, please confirm the device "Wire Support Specification" and then refer to "Port Installation Method" for installation.
Wire Support Specification
MSI notebook uses the standard 3pin headphone jack. The headphones and microphones in the audio jack are designed independently. If you need to use headset with a 4pin connector, you can connect the headphone and microphone jacks via a 4pin to 3pin headset patch cable.
