What are the function definition of Smart Button options?

Answer
- Reset(default): press the smart button to reboot the system.
- Mystic Light on/off: press the smart button to switch on/off onboard LEDs.
- Safe Boot: press and hold the smart button for 5 seconds and start the system simultaneously. When system starts in safe boot mode, it will boot in default BIOS settings and lower the speed of the CPU lane PCIe slot.
- Turbo Fan: press the smart button to disable/enable full speed operation of all fans.
