Refer to the steps below and get the latest update of the compatibility packages from the Microsoft Store to fix the application crash.
1. Open Microsoft Store > Library.
2. In the Library, click "Get Update."
3. When the OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack update is complete, click on the pack in the Library and confirm that the Installed version has been updated to v1.2403.5.0 or newer version in the "Additional information" section.
