To prevent Norton Download Manager from launching every startup, please refer to the instructions below.

Step 1: Open Task Manager > Startup apps, and disable "FSDUI_Custom".

Step 2:  Remove the "Norton" folder under "C:\Users\Public\Public Downloads".
