When I execute F3 Recovery, I got this error message "Your Operating System drive's label is not OS_Install. Please set it to OS_Install and try F3 recovery later." What should I do to make F3 Recovery continue?

This is because you once renamed WINDOWS OS partition volumn label name, and made F3 Recovery program can't recongnize the default "OS_install" volume.
Please enter WINDOWS OS and rename WINDOWS OS partition lable name to "OS_install". If you can't enter WINDOWS due to virus or other reasons, please use msi Recovery DVD to restore the system. Recovery DVD can be built by Burn-Recovery program which you can find on the desktop in the msi default Windows. And also be noted that wrong OS volume name will also cause "Burn Recovery" fail to work.
If you haven't build any Recovery DVD before,and fail to use F3 Recovery function, then please contact nearest msi service center or dealers for further help.
