1. Check the MSI True Color support for your system.



    1.1. Go the MSI Website and enter the product name on the search bar located on the top right.



    1.2. Select "download" to enter the product download page.



    1.3. Select "Utility" to find the download links for all utility software.



    1.4. Confirm that the download link of MSI True Color installer package exists under the Utility page.



           (Note: If MSI True Color doesn't shown under the Utility page, then this product does not support this software)



2. Perform a clean uninstallation of the application and the graphics drivers.

    2.1. Uninstall MSI True Color from the Programs and Features.

    2.2. Depends on the design of the notebook, if there is more than one graphics exists on the system, both Intel & NVIDIA graphics driver requires to be uninstalled.

3. After uninstall the driver, re-install the latest driver version for the graphics.



    3.1. Find the latest generic graphics driver from Intel & NVIDIA website.

    3.2. If the problem still remains after installing the latest generic driver, try to restore the driver version back to the version which released on MSI website.
