Answer

This is a normal behavior of the default AMD PSPP (PCIE Speed Power Policy) feature. AMD PSPP feature will put the high speed storage device (M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD) into power saving state to save the system power consumption and provide a better battery life when the notebook is under battery mode.
