[Windows 11] Why does the F3 Recovery not working after upgrading to Windows 11?

Answer
This is due to the system structure changed in Windows 11. To restore to the original system, please refer to following methods:
1. Follow the attatched instruction below to perform the system restore using the recovery USB.
2. If you have already created the system backup file from MSI software before upgrade to Windows 11, use the backup file to restore the system.
