Intel 12th Gen hybrid CPU's brand new architecture might be incompatible with some games or programs.



If a game, application crash is encountered when launching or during use, download the DRM Access Tool and follow the instructions below to avoid the problem.



*Keep the latest Windows 11 build updated, as the latest build also helps by improving the compatibility between the latest Intel 12th gen hybrid CPU and application.



Setup Steps: 



1. Keep the latest BIOS and Windows system up to date. (Visit MSI website to get the latest BIOS and run Windows Update to get the latest Windows build)



2. Download MSI DRM Access Tool: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/DRM_Access_Tool_1.0.2112.1001.zip.



3. Extract the file.



4. Right-click on the execution file "DRM Access Tool.exe" and select to run as administrator. 



5. Click the button "Park" before launching the game/application, and click "Unpark" when the game/application terminates.
