Answer

This is USB2.0/3.0 compatibility issue. It occurs when user tried to update their firmware by MSI Enjoy Firmware Updater. If user connects both of devices through USB3.0 port, there's a strong chance that update procedure may failed and carry the error message. Because updater only guarantee the connecting between both of devices through USB2.0 port currently.
