[Troubleshooting] Display turns black or flickers after updating Intel generic graphics driver

MSI recommends installing the Intel Graphics Drivers released on the MSI website for MSI laptops' customized features, optimizations, and stability.
If a black screen or screen flicker happens after updating the latest Intel generic driver, roll back the Intel Graphics Driver released on MSI website.
Refer to the following instructions for details.
1. Connect an external monitor if the laptop display is not visible, or refer to the steps below to boot into Windows safe mode.
1-1. Reboot the system, and press [F3] or [Fn] + [F3] once MSI logo shows up.
1-2. Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Startup Settings".
1-3. Click "Restart" to reboot the system.
1-4. When the system boot into Startup Settings again, press [4] on the keyboard to enable safe mode.
2. Visit the product page on the MSI website, and find the customized Intel Graphics Driver under "Support" page.
3. Reinstall the Intel Graphics Driver through the DDU tool.

To use the latest generic Intel graphics driver, refer to the steps below to apply the customized registry for the Intel graphics driver.
Note: The system performance and stability cannot be guaranteed when using the Intel generic driver downloaded from the Intel website. If encountering any issues after updating the Intel graphics and applying the registry patch, it's still recommended to roll back the Intel graphics driver to the version released on the MSI website.
1. Connect an external monitor or enter safe mode if the laptop display is not visible.
2. Download the graphics driver registry patch from the link, and extract the file to the desktop.
3. Double-click on the .reg file to apply the changes.
4. Reboot the system.
