My OS is Win 7 and the browser is IE 9. When I booted on and went on the Internet, soon my Win7 just went to BSOD. What should I suppose to do?

Answer
Please open “Programs and Features” to remove Microsoft KB2670838 update and temporarily turn off the automatic update. Reboot your laptop and it should resolve the problem.
If you want the OS to be updated, please change to manual update to avoid installing KB2670838 hot fix.
