1. Make sure the power cord is correctly connected to the computer and the power outlet. Try testing with other power outlets to ensure there are no issues with the socket.
2. Ensure the power switch is in the ON position. Sometimes, it may have been accidentally turned off.
3. Check if the monitor cable connection is secure.
4. Check to see if the monitor's power is turned on.
5. Check if the connections between the computer and the monitor ports are correct.
Note: When using an external graphics card, some motherboards may disable onboard graphics output. Connect the monitor to the external graphics card in such cases.
6. Remove all external devices from the computer, such as printers, hubs, external hard drives, USB devices, etc. Then, try restarting the computer to see if it powers on.
7. Check if any hardware upgrades have been done, such as memory, solid-state drives, wireless cards, etc. If upgrades were made, remove these upgraded items and test again using the original hardware to confirm if the issue disappears.
If the problem still persists after following the above steps, please contact the MSI customer service center for further assistance.
