Optimize BIOS settings
1. Press the switch to boot up the desktop and continuously tap the [Delete] key to enter [BIOS SETTINGS]. Then, choose [SETTINGS]→[SAVE AND EXIT].
2. Select [Restore Defaults] →[SAVE] or press [F6] key to load optimization configuration.
Go safe mode to uninstall unnecessary software
1. Press the power button and force to shutdown when display shows up the Windows 10 logo.
(Warning): System might need to shutdown 2 or 3 times for booting to safe mode.
2. Select [Advanced options].
3. Select [Troubleshooting] to continue.
4. Click [Advanced options].
5. Please choose the [Startup Settings].
6. Click [Restart].
7. System will restart automatically. When system boot to Startup Settings, please select [ 4) Enable the safe mode].
8. Uninstall the program which is installed before the boot up trouble happens. Then, restart the computer and check if it can boot to Windows desktop normally.
Windows system file is damaged
If system stays in the Windows Logo screen for 2-3 minutes and can’t boot to Windows desktop or Windows screen pops up the error message, Windows system file might failed. Please reinstall the system or use the Recovery flash drive to restore the system.
Hardware compatibility
Check whether the user upgraded hardware by himself, for example memory, SSD, wireless network card etc. If yes, please remove updated hardware and install original hardware to test again, then Check whether the error disappears.
