[Desktop] How to Set External Monitor Refresh Rate

The refresh rate refers to the number of times the screen is refreshed per second. A higher refresh rate results in a more stable image, clearer and more natural display, and less strain on the eyes. A lower refresh rate leads to more noticeable flickering and jittering, causing quicker eye fatigue. In this article will explain in detail how to set the refresh rate for a computer.
