Setting Boot Item Priorities
This function sets the priority of different types of devices, such as optical drives, hard drives, USB devices, etc. This setting determines which type of device the computer will attempt to boot from first.
1. During the boot screen, repeatedly press the "Delete" key to enter the BIOS setup interface. Select the "SETTINGS" menu, then click "Boot.".
2. In the "FIXED BOOT ORDER Priorities" section, click "Boot Option #1."
3. Set "Boot Option #1" to your desired boot device type.
Setting Hard Disk BBS Priorities
This function further sets the order of specific devices within the already determined boot device type. For example, if the BIOS is set to boot from a hard drive first, the BBS priorities will determine which hard drive is the preferred boot device.
1. Click "UEFI Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities" or "Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities."
2. Click "Boot Option #1."
3. Set "Boot Option #1" as the system disk.
