Bluetooth Pairing Failure or Stopped Responding

If the bluetooth device failed to respond or malfunctioned, please follow below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Right-click on Windows Start Button and choose Device Manager

2. In Device Manager window, please click “>” next to Bluetooth to expand the list. Then Right-click on Bluetooth Device and choose Update driver as shown in the illustration below.

3. Then click on the “Search automatically for drivers” option

4. Upon the driver update is complete, click “Close” and try pairing and connect your Bluetooth device again.

Reinstalling Bluetooth Driver

1. In Device Manager window, please click “>” next to Bluetooth to expand the list. Then Right-click on Bluetooth Device and choose Uninstall device as shown in the illustration below.

2. Continue the uninstallation by clicking on the “Uninstall” option

3. Use the search function on our official page www.msi.com and type in the model name「GT76 Titan DT」as an example in the search box to begin searcing, then click on “Download” as show in the illustration below.

4. Click “Driver” and select your operating system version. We will use “Win10 64” as an example for this guide and then expand Bluetooth list by clicking on the “+” sign and then click the download button.

5. After the download is complete, please extract the zipped driver package and run the setup.exe file to begin the installation and go through each page until installation is complete.

6. Upon driver installation is complete please restart your computer.
