Please try to use Windows function [Troubleshoot problem] for detecting and repairing the problem. If the browser still no response with the web page, please confirm the “External Environment”. If there is no any abnormality in the external environment, please check “Local Network Settings”.

External Environment Confirm

  • Please use your mobile phone or other computer to connect the same network and see if you can open the webpage normally. If the mobile phone or other computer can't open the network, it is recommended to check the router hardware or set.
  • If you are in some public areas (such as schools, companies, etc.), check with your network administrator to see if you have network IP restrictions.
  • Please change the other website to confirm again. If other website can be accessed, only individual website cannot be opened. It should be the web server problem.
  • Please change to another browser to confirm again, MSI recommends to use Microsoft's own IE, Edge, or other mainstream browsers such as Google.

Local Network Setting

1. Please go to the device manager to check if your computer's network card model is a Killer network card.

2. Please check if the Killer control panel is installed on the computer. If there is an installation, there will be a Killer icon on the desktop or the lower right corner of the task bar. Click this icon to open the Killer control panel and click "Settings".

3. Check the box in front of "Enable Bandwidth Control" on the following page to cancel, and then try to see if you can open the webpage.
