Hotkeys or shortcut keys are non-responsive
When encountering abnormal notebook hotkeys (shortcut keys), please first refer to [Notebook] How to update the driver? to ensure that all drivers on the computer are correctly installed and updated to the latest version. This is because specific hotkeys or shortcut keys may only function properly after the corresponding drivers are installed, such as: Enabling/disabling the touchpad through hotkeys or shortcut keys requires the touchpad driver to be installed.
Additionally, the hotkey or shortcut key combinations may vary for each notebook model, please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
If you have followed the steps and the issue persists, please contact the MSI customer service center for further assistance.
