[Graphics Card] How to Troubleshoot GPU Fan Not Spinning

When you notice that your graphics card fan stops spinning automatically and only starts when the load reaches a certain level, this is due to the graphics card supporting Zero Frozr technology. You can follow the instructions below to confirm whether your graphics card supports this feature and use MSI Center to enable or disable it.

Note: If the graphics card fan does not spin even at the moment the computer boots up, please contact the MSI Customer Service Center.

1. Go to the MSI official website. Take ”GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G GAMING X SLIM" as an example. Click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner, enter the model in the search bar, and press the "Enter" key.
