How to identify MSI Product serial number?

Why is CHK not accepted when registering?
The CHK Code (Check Code) can only be found on the product itself.
The MNK Code on the colored out box IS NOT the CHK Code.
Please be informed that CHK is requested to have during the registration process, and make sure you have double-check if the input is correct.

Why can’t I register the product with MSI Center / MyMSI APP?
If you are encountering issues when registering products in MSI Center or MyMSI APP, please rest assured that your MSI Account is the same in both platforms.
You may also try to register the unit with MSI Member Center Webpage.
Why can’t I activate the 3 months warranty extension?
- Please verify the eligibility of your unit. The 3-month warranty extension program is exclusively available for Notebook, All-in-One PC, Desktop, and Monitor.
- Upon completing the registration process, the questionnaire for the 3-month warranty extension will be readily available.
Please follow the steps below if you don't see the questionnaire:
Log into your MSI Account → Navigate to 'My Product → ' Click on 'View More,' → Scroll down and you will find the questionnaire.
